All diabetic socks are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground.  These items CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or outside USA without special order.  (Contact us for information)  One lot of 12 pairs weighs almost 2 pounds, thus shipping costs will reflect the higher weight (usually around 8.00). However, the cost to add a second dozen will not change the shipping price all that much (usually around 12.00).  For large orders or questions concerning shipping (Contact us for information).
